3 Faces, 2025
There is a Japanese saying that a person has “3 Faces”. The first face is shown to the world. The second is shown to close friends and family. The third is never shown, as it is one’s true self. These faces I portray can shift depending on the environment, emotion, or connection I feel toward another person. However, I don’t believe we strictly only have 3 faces; we can have more or fewer than just 3. I invite you to sit with these faces and explore the meanings they suggest.
